How it works

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within the return window at no extra cost. We’ll arrange a free pickup from your address (where available) or you can drop the item at one of our partner locations.

Return window

Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Some categories may have a longer or shorter window—check the product page or your order confirmation for details.

Eligibility

• Item is in original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible
• Return is initiated within the return window
• Product is not in an excluded category (e.g. certain software, perishables, or custom-built items)

How to start a return

1. Go to your Orders in your account
2. Select the order and item you want to return
3. Choose "Return" and follow the steps
4. Print the return label or wait for pickup, depending on your option
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. For cash on delivery orders, we’ll contact you to arrange the refund via your preferred method.
